Mammoth, the Giant Horse!

Did you hear about Mammoth the giant horse? This guy was no one-trick pony - he was a Shire gelding named Mammoth, also known as "Sampson." He was born in 1846 and he was so huge that he made Shaquille O'Neal look like a jockey 🏇 Standing over 7 feet tall and weighing more than a small car, Mammoth probably had to call ahead for his horseshoes because they definitely didn't have his size in stock at the local stable 🧲 This horse wasn't just big, he was "mammoth" - and he left a hoofprint in the history books that was larger than life!

Understanding and managing horse behavior can be one of the most rewarding yet challenging aspects of equine care. In this article, we delve into the world of behavioral challenges through the experiences of our ambassador, Lora. Known for her hands-on approach and deep connection with horses, Lora shares her personal journey with Hotrod and Cali, two very different horses with their own unique challenges.

Join us as we explore Lora’s journey and learn how her methods can help you tackle the behavioral hurdles in your own equestrian endeavors.
